Contestants must pre-register.

Sign in & Chili drop-off: 11:30am

Chili must be prepared in advance and will be transferred to pans provided by WH-D. We will provide chafing dishes, heating element and ladles. Chili must be warm upon arrival. Please note, not heat up cold chili.

Contestants must prepare between 3-5 quarts of chili.

All ingredients are OK to use, no restrictions. If you are using ingredients people may be allergic to, please let a staff member know so the appropriate signs can be posted at your station.

Eating utensils such as: sampling cups, spoons and napkins will be provided by WH-D.

Each chef will be able to prepare the chili cup serving for judging.

Tasting will be from 12-2:30pm or until food is gone. Winners will be announced by 3pm.
